misteravid: Dear Filipino Music Fans, Do not call your favorite singers & bands as the Avril Lavigne/Taylor Swift/Justice Beaver/Blink 182/etc of the Philippines. They are not. It is not a compliment to call someone the local version of a foreign act. In fact, it is quite the put down.
